ABOUT THE INTERNATIONAL NECMETTİN ERBAKAN UNIVERSITY LAW CONGRESS
The significance of legal rules in resolving the challenges of social life is self-evident. Legal science plays a crucial role by examining these rules and their impact on society, thereby shedding light on future legal regulations. Furthermore, monitoring the universal development of law through comparative studies within the field of legal science is an indispensable element of social progress. The primary objective of the International Necmettin Erbakan University Law Congress is to contribute to national and international literature by presenting and publishing original, scientific papers in the field of law and other law-related disciplines.
Through this congress, legal experts and academics can share up-to-date information in their respective fields of expertise and engage in knowledge exchange with other participants. The presentations and discussions on legal issues allow for the consideration of diverse perspectives and the evaluation of their accuracy or validity. The congress provides participants with the opportunity to follow current legal developments and understand the changes affecting the legal system. Now in its sixth year, the Necmettin Erbakan University Law Congress continues to contribute to legal science through its sessions and publications.
Following the success of the first congress held in 2021, it was decided that the International Necmettin Erbakan University Law Congress would be held annually. Our 2026 congress, scheduled for May 20-22, 2026, will be conducted online.

Publication Opportunity: Authors may choose to publish their full-text papers as an international book chapter through NEU PRESS Publications.
