TRAVEL and ACCOMMODATION
For participants attending from within Türkiye, intercity travel expenses (round-trip) and accommodation, as well as the services provided within the scope of the organization throughout the symposium, will be covered in partnership with Memur-Sen and Eğitim-Bir-Sen.
International invitees attending in person are responsible for their own international travel expenses (round-trip between countries). However, their domestic transfers within Türkiye upon arrival, accommodation, and other services will likewise be covered by the symposium.
Accommodation and the symposium venue have not yet been finalized; this page will be updated once they are confirmed.
Online Participation
The sessions on 15–16 October 2026 will be held in person in Konya, while the sessions on 17 October 2026 will be conducted online. Participants who are unable to attend in person may present their papers online via Microsoft Teams. The relevant links and instructions for the online sessions will be shared with participants once the program has been finalized.
